Solar system suitability depends on factors such as energy requirements, site conditions, available space, electrical infrastructure, and compatibility with existing equipment.
4. Prices and Quotations
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation fees, and other charges will be identified at checkout or in your quotation before confirmation.
Website prices and offers may change before an order is accepted. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will inform you and provide the option to proceed with corrected details or cancel for a refund of any amount paid for the affected items.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
Orders are subject to availability, payment verification, and our confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable products or services.
Any changes to an accepted order must be agreed upon by both parties.
6. Payments
Payments must be made using the methods offered at checkout or specified in your quotation or invoice.
Where an advance payment or staged payment is required, the amount and payment schedule will be communicated before confirmation.
Never share your card PIN, UPI PIN, passwords, or one-time passwords with anyone claiming to represent Winmin Solar.
7. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated timelines will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur due to transportation issues, product availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and available options.
Please provide an accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Any additional charges for redelivery caused by incorrect details or missed delivery will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.
Please inspect the package upon delivery and report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products promptly, with photographs where possible. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
8. Installation and Site Requirements
Installation, commissioning, structural work, wiring, and related services are included only where expressly stated in your quotation or order confirmation.
Where installation is provided, you are responsible for ensuring lawful access to the site and obtaining any necessary property-owner permission.
Any additional work identified during a site assessment, including electrical upgrades or structural modifications, will be explained and quoted separately. Additional chargeable work will require your approval.
Installation schedules depend on site readiness, product availability, weather, and any required approvals.
9. Solar Performance and Approvals
Solar generation, battery backup, and savings estimates are indicative unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Actual results depend on sunlight, shading, weather, system configuration, usage, maintenance, and other site-specific factors.
Grid connectivity, net metering, subsidies, and government incentives are subject to the eligibility requirements and decisions of the relevant authorities. These benefits are not guaranteed by a product purchase.
Responsibility for applications, approvals, and associated charges will be stated in the agreed scope of work.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order.
Cancellation options depend on whether the order has been processed, dispatched, customised, or installed. Any applicable cancellation conditions or charges must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the return conditions communicated at the time of purchase. Customised or specially procured products may have additional restrictions disclosed before confirmation.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law and warranty terms.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. We will communicate the expected processing timeline; bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
11. Product and Installation Warranties
Product warranties vary by manufacturer and model. Applicable warranty duration, coverage, and claim procedures will be provided with the product or order documentation.
Manufacturer warranties may exclude damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, or operation outside specified conditions, subject to applicable law.
Any installation or workmanship warranty provided by Winmin Solar will be stated separately in writing.
Please retain your invoice, serial numbers, and warranty documents. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies available under applicable consumer law.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to operate and maintain products according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Electrical installation, repair, or modification should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel. Do not attempt to operate visibly damaged equipment or alter safety components.
13. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials belong to Winmin Solar or their respective owners.
You may view and use the website for personal information and purchasing purposes. Commercial reproduction or redistribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party websites or use external payment and delivery services. These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Their involvement does not remove any responsibility Winmin Solar has to you under applicable law.
